Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 ml water
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g sugar
- some cinnamon
- 200 g almonds, whole
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the water with the vanilla sugar, sugar, and cinnamon in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the almonds and cook until the mixture is caramelized and shiny. Transfer the almonds to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let cool. Then break them apart.
