  • ½ celeriac
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 2 Cabanossi
  • 2 gherkins
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Peel the onion and dice it along with the bacon. Heat the oil and fry both. Peel and dice the celery and potatoes, and slice the cleaned leek into rings. Add everything to the pan with the bacon and onion mixture and fry briefly. Pour in the meat broth and cook for about 20 minutes. Add the sliced ​​Cabanossi and diced gherkins to the soup just before the end of the cooking time, heat through, and serve hot.
