Pasta with Asparagus and Prawns
The perfect pasta with asparagus and prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Whole wheat spaghetti
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 100 g Ready-Made prawns
- 1 Small onion
- 1 Msp Chopped garlic
- Half a yellow pepper
- 125 g Cleaned green asparagus
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Mixed dried herbs
- Clean the asparagus, cut into small pieces and cook for 5 minutes, drain and collect the asparagus stock. In the meantime, cook the pasta. Chop the onion and fry it. Wash the peppers and cut into small strips. Add to the onions. Also add the chopped garlic and steam everything nicely.
- Deglaze everything with the asparagus stock. Stir in the cream and season. Mix the pasta with asparagus, sauce and herbs. Fry the prawns briefly, add salt and lemon juice. Arrange the prawns on the noodles & ready 🙂
