Pasta Kisses Green Asparagus

The perfect pasta kisses green asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Asparagus green fresh
  • 250 g Pasta
  • 1 tsp Green pepper
  • Chopped garlic
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Grated Gruyere cheese
  • 100 ml Cream MINUS L
  • Coarse salt
  1. Cook the pasta aldente according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  1. Wash the asparagus and cut into 3 cm pieces. Separate the heads as they will be added to the pan a little later.
  1. Peel and chop the garlic.
  1. Heat the pan and simmer the asparagus in the broth for about 10 minutes, then add the heads and green pepper, let simmer for 5 minutes.
  1. Now fold in the pasta, add cheese and cream and you’re done.
  1. If you like, you can add basil or sage leaves. You can also fry bacon and pour it over it just before serving.
