Pasta Kisses Green Asparagus
The perfect pasta kisses green asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Asparagus green fresh
- 250 g Pasta
- 1 tsp Green pepper
- Chopped garlic
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 g Grated Gruyere cheese
- 100 ml Cream MINUS L
- Coarse salt
- Cook the pasta aldente according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Wash the asparagus and cut into 3 cm pieces. Separate the heads as they will be added to the pan a little later.
- Peel and chop the garlic.
- Heat the pan and simmer the asparagus in the broth for about 10 minutes, then add the heads and green pepper, let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Now fold in the pasta, add cheese and cream and you’re done.
- If you like, you can add basil or sage leaves. You can also fry bacon and pour it over it just before serving.
