Pasta with tuna and caper sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cans of tuna, natural
  • 2 cups cream (also reduced-fat)
  • e.g. tomato paste
  • 1 small jar of capers
  • 200 g pasta (e.g. farfalle)
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain through a sieve. Peel and dice the onion. Fry in a pan with hot oil until translucent. Add the tuna, cream, tomato paste (if desired), and capers to the pan and simmer until reduced until the sauce is nice and thick. Season with salt to taste. Arrange on plates and serve hot.
