Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, floury
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 mg egg(s)
  • 1 shot of cream, approx. 10 grams
  • 30 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 tsp salt or amount to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper from the mill
  • e.g. nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1 tsp marjoram, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Side dish or vegetarian main course with salad

Peel and grate the potatoes, making sure they don’t mash. Finely chop the onion or grate it as well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place 12 flat fritters in silicone muffin tins or well-greased baking pans and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 40 minutes, until golden brown. These fritters serve 3 people as a side dish; they serve 2 people as a main course with salad or vegetables. One muffin has 58 calories.
