Vanilla heart waffles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 125 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

makes about 12 waffles

Mix the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt, then beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine the flour and baking powder and briefly stir in alternately with the milk. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes. Preheat the waffle iron, pour about 1 1/2 tablespoons of batter into the waffle iron, and bake the waffles one at a time. Let cool on a wire rack.
