Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 400 g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • some clarified butter
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill
  • Dill, fresh or dried

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, in a large pan, sauté the diced onions in the frying fat until translucent. Reduce the heat, scatter the smoked salmon over the onions, and cover the pan. After about 5 minutes, the fish will be cooked through. Now, using a ladle, shred the salmon, add the dill, and mix everything together. Add the drained spaghetti directly to the pan and toss with the salmon. Serve on plates and season with pepper. It’s quick and delicious!
