Crostini with goat's cheese, grapes, walnuts and ham

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) baguette(s) or ciabatta
  • some goat’s cheese
  • 2 grapes, seedless, approx.
  • ½ walnut, approx.
  • ½ slice(s) ham, e.g. Serrano or Parma
  • n. B. Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Toast the bread under the broiler or in a toaster until golden brown around the edges. Let it cool on a plate for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, slice the grapes, halve or third the ham slice depending on its size and roll it up, and break the walnut into pieces. Spread the cooled slice of bread thickly with goat’s cheese, grind pepper over it if desired, scatter the grape and walnut pieces on top, and top with a ham roll. The amount of topping depends on the size of the slice and the ingredients.
