Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- salt and pepper
- 500 g cauliflower
- 200 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 200 ml cream
- 3 eggs

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Make a smooth dough from flour, butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 4-5 tablespoons of cold water. Wrap in foil and let rest in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and cook until al dente. Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Roll out the dough and place it in a greased springform pan, forming a raised edge. Spread the minced meat and cauliflower over the dough and sprinkle with pine nuts. Whisk the cream with the eggs and season well. Pour over the quiche and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
