Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork, cut into cubes
- 1 cup peas
- 1 bell pepper(s), diced
- 4 spring onions, cut into rolls
- 60 ml chili sauce
- 250 ml mango chutney
- 250 ml coconut milk
- Sauce thickener, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 40 minutes
Combine all ingredients except the sauce thickener and add it to the slow cooker’s ceramic insert. Close the lid and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours. Then reduce the heat to HIGH for 10 minutes and thicken with the sauce thickener. Serve with rice.
