Couscous with chicken breast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 carrots
  • 40 g couscous
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

simple and quick to prepare in a pan

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and fry in oil in a large pan. Meanwhile, dice the bell peppers and carrots. Once the chicken breast is cooked through, add the vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes. Stir in the couscous. Then add the vegetable stock and cook for about 10 minutes.
