Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 large avocados
  • 3 rolls of your choice
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • possibly salad cream or dips or sauces of your choice
  • 1 egg(s), if necessary
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Bake the rolls according to the package instructions. In the meantime, prepare the avocado and mozzarella. Pit the avocado and then scoop out the flesh from the skin. Now slice the avocado as desired; I recommend diced. Cut the mozzarella into slices so that it spreads easily in the pan later. Now add the avocado and mozzarella to the pan and season to taste. You can add anything you like to the pan. When the rolls are done, remove the contents of the pan. Now spread the inside of the rolls with salad cream, dips, or soy sauce as desired and top with the cheese and avocado mixture. Serve warm.
