Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth
- 1 sausage (Wiener)
- 50 g pasta (macaroni)
- some chives, cut into rolls
- Salt
- Pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the macaroni in lightly salted water until al dente. Halve, deseed, wash, and slice the bell peppers. Slice the Vienna sausage and sauté briefly in hot oil with the bell peppers. Add the vegetable stock and simmer briefly over low heat. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the macaroni. This “recipe” dates back to my “single kitchen” when my fridge was once again empty.
