- 8 cups water
- 250 g glass noodles
- 2 ½ cups sugar
- 1 cup(s) water
- 3 tbsp rose water
- 1 slice(s) lime(s)
- Pistachios, chopped
- Lime juice

Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the pasta and cook for 1 minute. Then remove the pan from the heat and add cold water. Combine the sugar and the cup of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. When it boils, remove the pan from the heat, add the rose water and let it cool. Mix half of the pasta with the syrup and pour into molds. Freeze for 2-3 hours until almost frozen solid. Stir the frozen pasta with a fork and mix in the rest of the pasta. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. To garnish, drizzle a teaspoon of lime juice over the dessert. Then fan out a thin slice of lime and sprinkle with a few chopped pistachios.
