Pasta with ham and mushroom sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 50 g butter
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 shot of dry white wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the mushrooms. Chop the cooked ham and add it. Then add the crème fraîche and wine, if desired. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Note: The sauce will be quite thin anyway, so don’t overdo it with the wine.
