Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of dough (ready-made pizza dough)
  • 400 g bacon (streaky bacon)
  • 700 g onion(s)
  • 500 g crème fraîche
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • nutmeg
  • Fat, for the tray

Prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions and roll it out on a greased baking sheet. For the topping, slice the onions. Finely dice the bacon and fry it in a pan. Add the onions, fry until translucent, and season with pepper. Meanwhile, whisk the crème fraîche with the 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks, a pinch of salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Spread the onion and bacon mixture over the pizza dough. Pour the egg custard over the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven on the lowest rack at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
