  • 9 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

simple and vegetarian

First, cut the pumpkin into four equal pieces along its axis. Then remove the seeds, being careful not to cut off too much flesh. Chop the four pieces again, depending on the desired shape, such as strips, similar to potato wedges. Spread evenly on a clean baking sheet without baking paper. Now slice an onion into rings and also spread evenly on the baking sheet over the pumpkin pieces. Drizzle everything with plenty of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Then bake for about 35 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
