  • 1 egg(s)
  • 160 g ham sausage, alternatively meat sausage
  • 3 tbsp peas
  • ½ can tangerine(s)
  • 4 gherkins
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 300 ml salad cream
  • 4 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 4 tbsp tangerine juice
  • salt and pepper
