Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bag of rice
- 2 bell peppers
- 250 g feta cheese
- n. B. Spice mix for minced meat
- 1 package tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tbsp tomato paste, spicy
- 500 g minced meat
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Brown the ground beef and season. Cut the bell pepper and feta into small pieces. Add the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste to the ground beef. Stir in the rice and bell pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the feta cheese and let it melt slightly.
