Fruity, delicious smoothie

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 nectarine(s)
  • 2 handfuls of raspberries, frozen
  • 1 handful of mango(s), frozen
  • e.g. orange juice or water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegan and 100% fruit

Pit the nectarine and kiwis and chop them into small pieces. Place the frozen and sliced fruit in the blender. Add orange juice and/or water, depending on the consistency, and then blend everything vigorously. I use about 50 to 150 ml of liquid. If desired, you can also add oatmeal, chia seeds, or something similar; this will make the whole thing quite filling (but it won’t be a proper smoothie anymore). Then you can serve it, or, as in my case, pour the smoothie into a sealed container to take to work. The frozen fruit keeps the smoothie nice and cold and tastes very refreshing.
