Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g bulgur
- 250 g mushrooms
- 250 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 small onions
- 2 pointed peppers, green
- 0.33 leek(s)
- 600 ml vegetable stock
- 50 ml oil

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Pour 600 ml of hot broth over the bulgur and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the onions and fry them in oil until golden brown. Dice the mushrooms, meat, and bell peppers, slice the leek, and add everything to the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for 15 minutes over medium heat. Then mix with the bulgur.
