Paprika rice pan with curry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bag of rice
  • salt water
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tsp, heaped curry powder
  • 250 g turkey breast or chicken breast
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • ⅛ liter milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the rice in salted water until soft. Meanwhile, dice the meat and bell pepper and fry them with the mushrooms in a little oil. Add the soft-cooked rice, sour cream, and milk. Stir in the curry powder and season with salt and pepper. Tip: If you don’t like mushrooms, you can leave them out. The dish will still taste delicious.
