Tipsy strawberries à la Didi

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 5 tsp sugar
  • 6 cl vodka
  • 12 cl red wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries. Quarter them and sprinkle with sugar. Add the vodka and red wine and, even if it’s difficult, refrigerate the strawberries for at least an hour to allow them to infuse. Then stir and serve.
