with cinnamon star base

Finely crumble the cinnamon stars and mix with the butter. Then fill this mixture into round dessert rings or molds (6 cm diameter) as the base and chill. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Meanwhile, mix the quark with the juice of one orange, the orange flavoring, and the sugar until smooth. Dissolve the gelatine and fold it into the orange cream, then chill the cream. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the cream once it has set. Then divide the mixture among the 6 tart rings and chill for a good 2 hours. Peel and segment the second orange.
