Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 30 g butter, soft
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 shallot(s), very finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp water
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cream the butter until fluffy. Combine with the parsley, onions, egg, and water. Stir in the breadcrumbs and season with spices. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Scoop out the dumplings with a tablespoon and let them simmer in hot broth or meat broth for about 10 minutes.
