Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey cutlets, cut into thin strips
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 cube of instant stock
- 1 package of herb cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- curry
- herbs, fresh
- 1 dash of cream
- 1 shot of whiskey
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the turkey cutlets into thin strips or cubes. Brown them in a little olive oil, then briefly fry the shallots and crushed garlic clove, then add the herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer the stock with the broth. Stir in the cream cheese. Season with curry powder to taste. Finish with whiskey and cream.
