Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pc. puff pastry (frozen)
- 250 g cheese (Gruyere and some Emmental), grated
- 1 vegetable onion(s)
- 200 g sweet cream
- 3 eggs
- Pepper, white
- nutmeg
- Fat for the mold
- Flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Thaw the puff pastry. Then roll it out and place it in a greased and floured small springform pan or quiche dish, pulling up one edge. Prick the bottom several times with a fork. Preheat the oven to 225°C. Peel and finely chop the onion, and mix with the grated cheese, cream, and eggs. Season with white pepper and freshly grated nutmeg. Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Bake at 225°C for about 20 minutes on the middle shelf. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Leaf salads go best with this filling tart. It’s also delicious cold and makes a great addition to a buffet.
