Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g jacket potatoes
- 500 g pasta, leftovers, whatever is on hand – also mixed
- 200 g ham or sausage leftovers, bacon
- 4 onions
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dice the potatoes and cook the pasta. Roughly dice the onions and fry them in a pan with ham (or sausage or bacon). If you like, you can add the potatoes for crispiness. Drain the pasta. Mix everything together, season to taste, pour into a large casserole dish, and let it rest for a while.
