Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 100 g cheese (e.g. Emmental), grated
- 500 g tomatoes
- 150 g smoked bacon, diced
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 pack of parsley (frozen)
- Thyme
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Quick snack
Thaw the puff pastry. Wash the tomatoes, pat dry, and slice them. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and place it on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese, arrange the sliced tomatoes on top, and top with the diced bacon. Sprinkle with herbs and spices and let the pastry rest for a while. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 25-30 minutes. Then cut into pieces. Perfect for a buffet or in the evening with a glass of wine.
