Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cans of tomatoes
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • some salt and pepper
  • n. B. Herbs, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the minced meat and, in the meantime, finely chop the onion. Add the diced onion to the minced meat and fry. Add the chopped tomatoes and bring to a boil. Add the crème fraîche and season the sauce with spices and herbs of your choice.
