Quick savory gnocchi pan with sucuk

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 broccoli
  • 600 g gnocchi
  • 200 g sucuk
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely chop the onion and broccoli and sauté in a little olive oil. Add the gnocchi, fry, and season with salt and pepper. Cut the sucuk into strips and fry. When the gnocchi are golden brown, add the melted cheese and stir in. We like to garnish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
