Ingredients for 4 servings:
- e.g. herb butter (bought or homemade)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 200 ml cream
- 2 bags of tortellini
- 200 g ham, cooked or lean bacon
- 1 tbsp margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Dice the ham or bacon. Slowly melt the margarine and herb butter in a pan, then add the two cups of crème fraîche. Slowly stir everything in. Once everything is melted, stir in the ham or bacon and cream. Let the sauce simmer briefly, then stir in the cooked tortellini. Serve immediately.
