A burger dessert with a difference

For me, this recipe is the epitome of food porn. Not only does it look incredibly delicious, it tastes fantastic too. These burgers will make any sweet tooth’s heart beat faster. Give it a try and don’t forget to post a picture on Instagram or Pinterest. Ice cream: Whip the heavy cream and vanilla sugar in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Now, carefully fold in the crème fraîche with a spoon. To make the ice cream a bit more interesting, you can now stir in the rum and chopped walnuts. Once everything is well blended, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, put the lid on, and place it in the freezer. To make it extra creamy, stir again after 1.5 hours. The ice cream should freeze for at least 2.5 hours in the fridge. It’s best to make it in the evening so it’s nice and firm in the morning. Cookies: Melt the butter in a saucepan. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Beat in the eggs and pour in the butter. Mix everything well. Now chop the chocolate bars into small pieces and stir them into the batter. Place the batter into approximately 3 cm-sized heaps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave enough space between the heaps. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes until light brown. Caution: Don’t let the cookies get too dark, as they will harden as they cool. Once the cookies have cooled and the ice cream has frozen, simply take two cookies, sandwich the ice cream between them, and enjoy. P.S.
