Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of almonds, unpeeled, 200 g
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Microwave quick recipe
Mix everything in a heatproof dish. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes (do not cover), stir, then microwave for another 2 minutes, stir again, and then microwave for another 2 minutes. Spread onto a baking sheet and let cool. Be careful when multiplying the batch! I tried it once with four times the amount: It took way more than four times longer, and the result wasn’t particularly good! If you need more, make sure you prepare it in batches!
