Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 sausages, coarse
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 150 ml whipped cream
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 150 g pasta (star pasta), or as desired
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Squeeze the sausage meat out of the skin and form it into small balls, then fry in rapeseed oil. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly, then add the cream and vegetable stock and simmer covered for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta, drain, and add it to the dumplings. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and sugar.
