Plum and millet casserole with butter flakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g millet, crushed
  • 300 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g plums
  • 50 g sugar (or more)
  • 2 tbsp butter flakes
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat the egg until frothy, then stir in the quark, millet, and sugar. Pit/halve the plums and fold them in. Pour the mixture into 4 small bowls. Sprinkle with the flakes and breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, place the bowls in the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes.
