Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 4 rolls
- 400 g minced pork
- 100 g mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 100 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the buns. Dice the onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms, and mix with the ground beef. Hollow out the bun halves, fill with the ground beef mixture, and spread the cheese on top. Bake until the cheese has melted. Preheat oven to 225°C (425°F), Gas Mark 4.
