Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ liter meat broth
  • 2 pts. Leek (creamed leeks, frozen)
  • 2 pieces of cream cheese
  • 1 piece(s) processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 piece(s) of processed cheese with mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Brown the minced meat with the finely chopped onion. Then pour in the meat broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the creamed leek. Then add the melted cheese. Quantities vary, depending on whether you want a thick or thin soup.
