Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 280 ml milk
- 160 g flour
- Butter for baking
- Fruits of the season
- some nougat
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the salt and milk and whisk with a fork. Add the flour a tablespoon at a time and mix with a whisk. Heat a knob of butter in a pan. Then fry the pancakes in batches. Let the finished pancakes cool briefly and then cut out circles with a shot glass. Spread the mini pancakes on one side with nougat cream. Finally, alternate the prepared fruit, such as bananas or strawberries, and the pancakes on skewers and serve.
