Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 ml crème fraîche
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tbsp butter for the mold
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 jar cherry(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the cherries in a sieve and drain well. Mix the flour, sugar, eggs, salt, milk, and crème fraîche into a batter. Brush a baking dish with butter, add the cherries, spread them evenly, and pour the batter over the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 55-60 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
