Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 150 g walnuts
  • 4 tbsp pesto

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very tasty with pesto

Cut the potatoes into very thin slices. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the slices on it. Place a walnut on each slice. Bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve with pesto.
