Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 cups of pudding, 200 ml each
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • 2 jars of morello cherries
  • 2 packs of cake glaze
  • Grease, for the sheet

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all of the above ingredients for the batter in a bowl and make a batter. Spread into a greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, stir in the pudding and sour cream. Remove the cake from the oven and spread the pudding mixture on top. Bake for another 10 minutes at 200°C. Drain the morello cherries, reserving the juice. Spread the cherries on top of the cooled pudding and sour cream mixture. Boil 1/2 liter of cherry juice with the cake glaze powder and spread the glaze over the finished cake.
