Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 12 slice(s) salmon, pickled, alternatively smoked
  • 60 g herb butter, soft
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 baguette(s) with herb butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rinse the dill and shake it dry, setting aside a few sprigs for garnishing, and finely chop the rest. Sprinkle the tops of the salmon slices with the chopped dill. Whisk the softened herb butter until creamy and stir in the crème fraîche, mustard, vinegar, and sugar until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the salmon slices with the herb butter, roll them up, and slice them. Arrange the salmon rolls on a platter and garnish with the remaining dill sprigs. Bake the baguette according to the package instructions and serve with the baguette.
