Salmon tartare roll

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g salmon fillet(s), raw
  • 1 tsp shallot(s), finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
  • ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 baguette(s)
  • some mayonnaise
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Using a very sharp knife, cut the salmon into the smallest possible cubes. Add the shallot, chives, dill, salt and pepper, lime juice, and oil, and mix gently. If the salmon tartare is refrigerated again before serving, season with salt again. Spread small baguette slices with a little mayonnaise or butter and top with plenty of salmon tartare. To serve, garnish with dill sprigs and chives.
