Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g Skyr
  • 350 g spelt flour type 630
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine skyr, spelt flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and knead until a smooth dough forms. Shape the dough into a loaf, place it in the air fryer, score it, and brush with olive oil. Bake at 160°C for 30-40 minutes. Per serving: approximately 140 kcal.
