Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g flour
- 125 g butter, soft
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
- 250 g ham, cooked, finely diced
- 250 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
- 1 tbsp chives, rolled
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean and finely chop the bell peppers, place them in a bowl, and mix well with the eggs and butter. Gradually add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 45 minutes.
