Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 ½ kg apples
- n. B. sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- some powdered sugar
- Fat for the mold
Instructions

For the dough, knead the first four ingredients into a smooth dough. Divide into two equal pieces and chill. For the topping, peel, core, and coarsely grate the apples, adding sugar to taste. Toast the hazelnuts (without any additional fat) in a pan and let cool. Before adding the apples to the dough, squeeze out the juice and discard. Add more sugar if necessary, and add the cinnamon. Roll out the dough into two evenly thick sheets. Carefully line the greased baking pan with a sheet of dough, pierce holes with a fork, and sprinkle with half of the toasted hazelnuts. Spread the apples evenly on top. Sprinkle the other half of the nuts on top and cover with the remaining sheet of dough. Also pierce the top with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 160-180 degrees Celsius until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar while still warm.
