Kid hearts in octopus broth

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 heart(s) of kid
  • 400 ml broth (pulpo broth)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Using leftover pulp broth

Halve the heart, then remove any fat, tendons, and ribs. Heat the octopus broth. Chop the heart into small pieces, fry in olive oil, and then add it to the octopus broth. Add the parsley and simmer for about 30 minutes.
