Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 pieces of rabbit liver
- 1 tbsp butter
- marjoram
- Salt
- pepper
- 6 cl sherry
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Remove any connecting pieces from the liver. Add butter to a hot pan, sear the liver pieces on both sides, season with salt and pepper just before cooking, and pour in the sherry. Sprinkle with marjoram and serve. Serve with white bread or baguette and dry white wine.
